1. What products do you sell at BellaZada?

2. How can I place an order? 

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase. 3. Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders below that, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We often offer free shipping, as a promotion, which is subject to change at any time. So, if you see this promotion, take advantage of it before it ends! 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed? 

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. 

6. How do I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can easily monitor its progress. You can also track your order by visiting the “Track an Order” page on our website, which you can find at the top or bottom of the Home Page.

8. How do I return or exchange an item? 

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. 

For items received that are not as described in our listing or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible, otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Otherwise, we do not offer exchanges.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date and refunds can take up to 15 business days to be processed.

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

9. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for items received that are not as described in our listing or for defective items. We cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible. All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and be made within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
